Bayside juniors win Daphne Fancutt Shield
Bayside have completed a rare ‘Four Pete’ winning the 33rd Daphne Fancutt Shield for the fourth straight year. The event was held at Doveton Tennis Club on the first weekend of AO24.
In a close tussle with Eastern, North Eastern, North Suburban, Waverley and Mornington Peninsula Associations, Bayside won all five matches in some close tennis that kept parents and spectators spellbound. The whole team contributed to the success.

18 & Under: Olivia Moir, Chris Alevizos (Co-captains).
A big thanks to team managers Grove and Emma, parents for your support and Waverley for hosting the prestigious annual event.
Some of these players will be competing in Horsham at the end of February in the State Team Championships with the hope of defending the Pat Cash Cup for Bayside.
