2026 Frank Sedgman Cup 11 & Under Team Nominations are now open.

Depending on nominations both the Bayside Regional Tennis Association and the Moorabbin & Districts Junior Tennis Association would like to

nominate teams to play in this year’s Frank Sedgman Cup competition.

Teams of 2 girls and 2 boys will play in a team against representative team from other metropolitan associations and country regions.

Matches consist of 4 singles & 2 mixed doubles matches.

Date:                  Monday June 29,2026 to Tuesday June 30, 2026 (first two days of school holidays)

Venue:               Traralgon Tennis Centre

                              Cnr Franklin & Davidson Street, Traralgon

Qualification:   Must be 11 & Under as at 30 June 2026

                                BRTA Team:       Must have played 6 matches in the association that you are nominating for in the last 12 months.

                              MDJTA Team:    Must have played 3 matches in the July to December 2025 Saturday morning competition and three matches in the BRTA February to June 2026 season.

Both Associations will pay for the player entry fees and reimburse $100 to each family selected to offset part of the costs.

Families are responsible for finding and paying for accommodation in Traralgon.
